We are so proud of our Head Barista Daniele Ricci taking the title this year at the Italian Barista Championship with 3 beautiful coffee from the same group of farmers, the Veci Project. This one was used for his signature beverage. In the cup, you will find a beautiful note of Cognac, Dark Cherries and Melted dark chocolate ice cream finish. The intensity of alcoholic notes makes it perfect for a signature drink. After picking the ripest cherries and hand selecting them this Pink Bourbon variety passed through 198 hours fermentation in sealed plastic barrels in anaerobic environment. Then dried for 22 days in a slow drying in parabolic dryer
