Roaster thoughts : To extract the dense properties, fruitier flavor notes and a heavier body we roasted this coffee above 206 Degrees up until 2015. After cupping the coffee 206 was the ideal roast profile for this coffee to bring out the richness of flavor and aromatics from this single farmer LOT.
