About This Coffee

This coffee was created in honor of our beloved dog, Alonso. This adorable mutt went from being abandoned on one of the roads leading to our farms to becoming a public figure and an amateur surfer, yet his mountain soul and free and wild spirit remain intact. He is still a hunter (we have 18 registered victims, between chickens, rats, and ducks) and can be an irreverent and true pest sometimes, but he is also as sweet as the coffee in this edition. This coffee is produced from our allied producers across Colombia. The unconditional requirement is to preserve Alonso’s spirit: particularly strong and slightly bitter, but with a sweet chocolate finish.
