This roast encapsulates DC’s cherry blossoms with its aromatic floral notes that blend fantastically with grapefruit citrus, stone fruits, and light wood spices. We especially love these light flavors over ice that, when enjoyed chilled, remind us of a refreshing Arnold Palmer. This lot comes by way of a privately run washing station in the small town of Tebe Haro Wato in the Uraga Woreda of the southern Guji Zone. It’s comprised of the coffees of several hundred small-holder coffee farmers whose homes and farms range from 1900 meters to a staggering 2300 meters above sea level.
