Our bright and spicy take on an old classic. The first coffees blended together were likely wild Ethiopian beans and Dutch-cultivated Javanese coffee. You'll encounter a dry acidity, softly textured body, and scents and flavors of dried fruits and exotic spices. We have formulated our Mocha Java blend with inspiration from the past and an eye and palate towards the future. Pairing a classic natural or “sun-dried” Ethiopian with a washed Indonesian coffee from the island of Papua New Guinea. The result is distinct and in line with what we hope the Dutch traders became enamored with centuries ago.
