About This Coffee
Clean, elegant with a delicate acidity and intense sweetness. Floral with aromas of ripe stone fruit and grapes. The Casallas family consist of the mother Olimpa Torrés, the father Don Jaime and their son Jaime Andres. Together, they have the farm, El Prado. The farm is located in a valley and the coffee fields stretch from their house at the bottom and all the way up the mountainsides.
