About This Coffee

Our newest, most unique micro-lot is 'sparkling' in more ways than one! This lot, hand-picked and crafted by our friend Juli Burden from Oahu's Maunawili region, features three different bourbon varietals - red, yellow, and pink - that was submerged in water with a yeast inoculation for 48 hours, then natural dried. The lot was then cured for 1 month before being hulled to green beans.
