Sibaristica began in 2014 with a team of 6 people. We were selling coffee, and we did not have our own roasting. After some time, our inner values diverged from the idea of selling commercial dark-fried coffee, we studied more information about grain, plunged even more into the world of haste and began to fry coffee under a contract. The coffee line was unstable and was constantly changing. Then we realized that this was not enough to become the best in a hurry in St. Petersburg. They made a strong-willed decision and bought their roster! In 2018, we moved to a room of 300 square meters: with legendary huge windows of 5 meters wide and height and space, which was divided into 5 directions: roasting, coffee house, equipment repair workshop, warehouse online store and barista school. Now more than 50 people work in the team. And we all share a love of coffee.
