It started back in 2011, when a group of friends in Cincinnati fell head over heels for coffee and the vibrant culture surrounding it. With a passion for third-place environments (you know, those cozy spots where you can sip, relax, and connect), we set out to learn the craft of coffee—from barista best practices to mastering coffee equipment. Then came the real magic: forging a lasting relationship with coffee farmers in Santa Maria de Jesus, Guatemala. This partnership became the heart of our journey, inspiring us to launch Deeper Roots Coffee as a roasting company, committed to sharing extraordinary coffees with our community—and beyond.
