We are the first Cafeteria with a laboratory and roastery in Guatemala. We are proud of our roots, we know that Guatemala has some of the best coffee in the world but the Guatemalan himself does not know it. Due to this, we saw the need to create alliances with some of the best farms in Guatemala to be able to leave the coffee that is exported to London, Melbourne, Seattle or Japan and be able to serve it here in our beloved Guatemala. We add and complement all this with quality control processes from cupping, roasting and finally the cafeteria.
