LAB was born as a high-quality coffee roasting laboratory, focused on developing exclusively designed micro-lots for the Gastronomy sector. We use roasting profiles that guarantee the characteristics of an optimal product and manage to standardize the quality of each bean, offering wide development possibilities for each client. From our Coffee Shop & Training Center, we seek to get closer to the Final Consumer using the most modern extraction techniques with the possibility of publicizing all our specialty coffees. We are convinced that the evolution of high-quality coffee consumption is in the hands of people who every day choose to learn a little more about this drink, as simple as it is complex. That is why we created a space where we can transmit our knowledge and passion for coffee with Amateur and Professional Courses.
