We are Sara and Fabrizio, two friends with a common passion: coffee. Our story began in Valencia, a city that inspires us with its mix of tradition and innovation. After years of enjoying and learning about coffee, we decided to take the next step and create Nobil Coffee Roasters, a project born from the love of doing things well and the desire to offer a product of exceptional quality. The name Nobil comes from the word ‘noble’, something that for us represents much more than a simple word. We believe in the goodness and nobility of people: the ability to do good, be better every day and fight for a better future. This belief drives us to move forward with our project, to offer the best of ourselves in each cafe and to believe that the world can change through our actions, no matter how small. We work with green coffee importers who share our vision of quality and sustainability. Each of our coffees is chosen for its unique flavor profile and our goal when roasting will always be to show the best that each bean has to express, always with respect for the product and those who produce it. Our work is not only motivated by a passion for coffee, but also by the desire to contribute to a fairer and more responsible industry. We want every coffee we roast to do justice to the efforts of the producers who grow it.
