Valkyrie was born on November 28th, 2019, after more than five years of planning, preparation, and practice in sourcing and roasting the best coffee from every corner of the world. We opened our flagship roastery on Main St in downtown Chester on Feb 1, 2020, and have been having a blast ever since!
