/025 is our fresh-crop washed Ethiopian classic, now sourced from the Single Farmer Project. This lot comes from Mr. Ocholo Bedecho in Guji, where native heirloom varieties grow at high altitude in rich red soil. Clean, bright, and layered with bergamot, black tea, and subtle florals.
