Approach The selection of our coffee is based on blind cuppings. We believe that every coffee deserves an equal chance on the cupping table. Sourcing and selecting only the best on the table, being either a damn fine classic or an exceptional uncommon coffee. Always on the look-out for something unusual, outstanding or simply delicious. All our coffees are fully traceable to their farm, most of which we work directly with the farmer or processing plant, we work closely with all of our suppliers. The selection What you can expect from all our coffees is a clean, flavorful and complex cup without compromising for lack of depth or solubility. If there are 50 coffees on a cupping table we might not want to get any, but sometimes there are only 4 on the table and we’ll take everything that’s available. A personal style that can be noticed in every coffee we offer. Either classic profiled: for example the best to our opinion out of dozens of classic profiled Brazilian coffees. Or uncommon profiled, where you can expect something special, either being an exclusive lot, ultra—high-end coffee, rare variety, unique origin or anything that makes a coffee something you’ve probably not had before.
