About This Coffee

A wonderful washed Peaberry blend from our partner Cata Export. This represents a truly delicious washed Colombian with high sweetness and a very balanced acidity. Tasting notes of orange, red currant, peach and yellow plum. Together with the producers of El Diviso and Las Flores, our Colombian partner Cata Export chose this selection of Peaberry, which is from mesh size 13 & 14. The peaberry blend is from red bourbon and caturra varietals. The result is a very bright cup with a kenyan-like acidity. We only have a small quantity of it.
