Finca Majahual, located in El Salvador’s Los Naranjos Valley, is renowned for its high-quality coffee, grown in the Apaneca-Lamatepec mountains at 1500 to 1800 meters above sea level. Established in 1936, the farm excels in coffee production thanks to its high altitude, volcanic soil, and diverse ecosystem. The cooler temperatures here slow down the ripening of coffee cherries, enhancing their flavor. Most of the coffee produced is Red Bourbon, but they also grow other varieties like Orange and Yellow Bourbon, Pacas, Pacamara, and others.
