Yirgacheffe coffee is grown in an extremely fine and high quality exotic area. Because of the high altitude, the coffee trees grow at a slow rate so that the tree nourishes the coffee beans over time and the flavors that develop in the coffee are better and more refined. Coffee with a medium body and low acidity, with a floral aroma that produces flavors of toasted coconut, citrus fruits and green tea.
