About This Coffee

Las Lomas is a unique single-farm blend of coffees produced by German and Jose Aguirre in San Marcos. German and Jose took a traditional washed lot and blended it with an anaerobic honey-processed lot to provide a heightened, fruit-forward brightness to compliment the heavier-bodied flavor notes of the washed coffee. We really love this sort of experimentation at the farm level and think the results are truly exceptional. This is a highly versatile lot, but we’re really enjoying it brewed as an espresso.
