Kainamui is a coop on the slopes of Mount Kenya with about 1800 members. Farms sit between 1600 and 1800 meters and are planted in SL-28 and SL-34 cultivars. The red volcanic loam soil is ideal for growing coffee. Developed by Scott Labs, SL-28 has Mokka and Bourbon heritage and SL-34 French Mission Bourbon. Extremely bright and clean cup with hoppy florals accompanied by notes of cherry, grapefruit, and orange jello.
