About This Coffee
Situated close to the famed Virunga Mountain (where you'll find the elusive Silverback Gorilla), the Shyira CWS washing station is relatively small with about 50 raised drying beds, though is the highest located in Rwanda. Forward is one of the first international buyers to ever visit Shyira, witnessing its development and progress over the years. "In 2020 there was a significant mudslide that affected many of the near 2000 farmers who contribute their cherry to Shyira CWS.
