La Mexicana
Madrid, Spain
We found this exceptional coffee in a small municipality in the Colombian Andes, El Tambo, located 2,200 m. altitude, whose coffee plantations are the highest cultivated in the world. There, a cooperative of small producers selects the best beans, they clean, wash and dry them in the sun, producing only 250 bags a year from Supremo Nariño El Tambo, a coffee with its own name. Its delicious aroma and flavor, full, balanced and with pleasant floral tones conquered us from the beginning. Light and smooth on the palate. It is suitable for all coffee makers and to drink alone or with a little milk.
