Built around the love of an everyday, approachable, and easy-drinking filter coffee, Bottleneck typically combines coffees from Colombia, Guatemala, and Costa Rica—but no origin is ever really off the table! We love it for its attention to balance, creamy texture, and toffee-like sweetness. Fun fact about Bottleneck: The name was inspired by the heroic rescue of a baby raccoon behind our Dundas cafe (reach out if you want the full story).
