PERC Coffee

The Daya Bensa farm is located at the heart of Shantawene Village in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. The farm is near the villages of Bombe and Keramo. It's surrounded by a natural forest and indigenous trees that help maintain natural shade and soil fertility. The coffee is taken to the Buncho station to be processed and prepared for export. They work closely with the folks at Daye Bensa to meet exacting standards. We sampled a ton of natural Ethiopian offers this season to find the one that made our tongues jump for joy. We found it in this gem from Buncho Station. It gave us the feeling of first falling in love with naturally processed Ethiopians. If you look for blueberry pancakes in your cup, you might find them.
