Prettier than ever, it's time to welcome back Las Brisas from Colombia! Famous for its steep mountains, abundant water and deep valleys where coffee thrives, Tolima offers some iconic coffees, and this is no exception! Like a bouquet of spring wildflowers that fills the room with sunny optimism, expect an elegantly fresh cup with notes of clementine and pear twinkling against the flow of creamy honey. This year, Las Brisas represents the combined lots of 6 contributing smallholders growing Caturra, Colombia and Typica high up on the mountain slopes. Picking only mature fruit, the producers ferment the cherry for a little longer while taking advantage of the mountain breeze the coffee is named after, to practice slow drying techniques. This results in the typical syrupy complexity we adore and associate with Las Brisas.
