After many years of being a home barista, passionate about everything that specialty coffee means, from its harvesting to the frying process, I decided it was time for the next step. Roastery 29 is about passion and dedication. Our goal is to bring and fry the carefully selected coffees that have the power to offer an extraordinary sensation to the taste buds of the one who enjoys them. In our country you will find exclusively specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, picked by farmers who focus on quality and sustainability. That is why the lots we bring are in small quantities, and the coffee is always from the recent harvest. We use an OMNI light frying profile, which is suitable for both espresso and filter. We recommend consuming coffee within a maximum of 6 months from the date of frying and 3 months from the date of unsealing the bag. Ideally, coffee bags should be kept in a place away from direct sunlight and humidity. All our coffees are fried in hot air flow on Typhoon 2.5kg.
