Brothers, Rick and Randy, started Evans Brothers Coffee in the summer of 2009. Being passionate skiers, we developed our vision over long chairlift rides at Schweitzer Mountain Resort (mostly riding the old Chair 6 in the winter of 2008/2009). Randy had worked in high-end specialty coffee for over a decade, while Rick had a background in business development, sales, and marketing. Our intention with the business would be to create a long-lasting company that would add tremendous value to our local communities, striving to connect our customers with the story of coffee itself. We strive to create special experiences around a cup of coffee, showcasing the producers and importers that do so much of the real work. Through the years, we have been able to establish long-term relationships with our producers, visiting the coffee farmers and families we purchase from to have intimate knowledge of our product. We are committed to these relationships. Equally important to us has been creating a place for true connection in our communities, to inspire people, and provide a sense of place.
