Hola Coffee is born, curiously, from a hello. Of a fortuitous encounter between two strangers: Paul and Nolo, sometimes Nolo and Paul. They say hello for the first time in 2006 in a bar in Raval and since then they have not stopped saying goodbye. Goodbye to working for others. Goodbye to the fear of flying alone and opening a small roaster to experiment and make a coffee to go (even more) crazy. Goodbye to conformism.
