Coffee for a balanced & palatable world. our company started small. we began inside the walls of a train station in the suburbs… on the quiet side of town. we had one goal - to make a positive impact through Specialty coffee - no matter how small. our friendship with Gold Mountain Coffee Growers later evolved into a partnership that helped realize this mission. today we are excited to have the opportunity to continue this endeavor outside of nicaragua. kati’s family began the first coffee farms in esquipulas, guatemala. for many years this farm solely produced commodity market coffee - but several years ago, kati’s cousin, raul solis Paiz decided to create a small section for specialty. while he did’t have a market for it at the time, we believe that this passion for coffee led us to re-connect & become the catalyst for continued positive change. we have had the pleasure of connecting with other producers in colombia & even other parts of the world. our mission is steadfast & we are grateful to be apart of it all. at a time when coffee innovation & experimentation is at its peak - we really do have the best industry.
