Hello there! BLIND TIGER COFFEE is a coffee roaster/coffee catering company that has been in operation since 2013, based in Old Town, Maine ("CANOE TOWN, VACATIONLAND,” bb). We love sweet coffees and coffees that have personality. By most folks standards, we roast coffee that tends to be medium-light in profile. The world of coffee is a vast one and choices can be staggering sometimes. To help cut through the potential noise, we prefer to keep our offerings to two mainstay blends and a few limited releases that phase in and out every six-ish weeks. We do our best to carry something for every type of coffee drinker.
